I ordered from pinkfoxxx.com and, reading between the lines, you can usually tell quickly how much care a company puts into an order by the way it shows up. This one actually arrived better than I expected. Everything was sealed properly, the box felt sturdy, and nothing was damaged or squashed during delivery. It looked clean and put together without feeling like they were trying too hard. Overall, I was happy with the packaging.

I ordered from pinkfoxxx.com, and the product itself was fine. Nothing amazing, but not bad either. The part that made the experience kind of frustrating was the communication.
I had to reach out more than once before I got a response, and when they finally replied, it felt short and not that helpful. I still didn’t really know what was going on with my order, which was annoying.
Anyway... it wasn’t the worst shopping experience I’ve had, but it definitely could’ve been smoother. A little better communication would’ve made the whole thing feel way less stressful.

I found what I was looking for, and most things seemed to be in stock, which was nice. I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first because that hasn’t always been my experience in stores lately, but it worked out fine this time...

I was expecting a bright pink like the photos showed online, but what arrived was much duller and not very close at all. It’s disappointing, and I feel like an apology would be fair since the pictures were so misleading.

I bought this from Pink Foxxx a few months ago, it’s been better than I expected. I’ve used it quite a bit and it still feels solid, with no weird tearing or cheap feel to it. I’m happy with the purchase and would definitely buy again.

I tried using the site, but it just felt a little sketchy and unclear. What bothered me most was getting inconsistent answers depending on where I looked or who I asked, which made the whole thing feel even less reliable. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to place another order.

My order was mostly fine, they did get one item wrong, which was a little annoying, but everything else was okay...

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. they replied faster than I expected and seemed friendly, which was nice. It wasn’t one of those super robotic copy-paste replies. That said, it did take a bit longer than I wanted to get everything fully sorted, which was kind of annoying, but they did keep me updated along the way. So yeah, overall I’d say it was a good experience, just not completely smooth.

I did eventually get my money back, but it felt like it took forever. Glad it was resolved in the end, but the wait was frustrating 😩

I ordered from Pink Foxxx and the site itself seemed fine, but for some reason the return policy was harder to figure out than I expected. I had to click around and reread parts just to understand what could actually be returned and how much time I had. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I do wish they made that info clearer before checkout.

I ordered one set and, shockingly, it actually looked pretty much like the photos and matched the size notes. The color was a little lighter in person, because apparently screens and real life still aren’t on speaking terms, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it. 4 stars from me

The styles were alright, but the selection felt way more limited than I was expecting. They make it seem like there are tons of options, but once I actually started looking, there really wasn’t much to choose from. Not terrible, just a little disappointing compared to what was promised.

Maybe I’m just used to super clear confirmation emails now, but this one left me second-guessing. Anyway, I had coffee getting cold next to me the whole time, which probably didn’t help my patience.
